Back when Memo was new, some random address sent my memo address a million sats. A few other people too. Never found out who or why. The sender was not on memo. Just a random address.
This one has slp tokens though. Which leads me to believe it's a Memo user. Plus I already found the user who posted the matching SLP address. Just waiting for a response.
