If you ask me, we have taxation without representation. It's like asking me to tell another guy across the room how to draw a fish when I'm blindfolded my hands are bound. The only choice being which fucker draws it.
Our representation is so suffocated that the people don't have the leverage they need to actually make effective change in their own lives.
They are incapable of accurately representing themselves, effectively making it as useless as having almost no representation at all.
