There is one massive difference though: government run business doesn't make people as rich (and politically more powerful then the government) as capitalist business does.
Well one can argue that central banks and big corporations are the real government running the show and your point would still stand.
Yes, only state central bank is still state controlled bank ahich people can vote in/out but private central bank cant be voted in/out
