Just emailed BitcoinUnlimited devs to consider bringing back optional CPU &or GPU mining functionally in there software - yes, its pointless for profit; BUT, it's > decentralisation, fun & > secures the network.
(Treat it as voluntary mining, not unlike BOINC [Berkeley's Open Infrastructure Network Computing] crunching - which is voluntary, ppl run projects all the time!).
