Miner votes. There is no fork, only politics. Speak up or risk Bitcoin being hijack yet again.

The chain could be split if some of the new features are used.

CTOR change in ABC is mandatory from first block (after the fork date). If SV does not implement this, or ABC removes, there WILL be the split.

Exactly. But SV won't reject the CTOR sorted blocks, right? It's just the other way around?

It could. If the block has child transactions sorted before parents in the block, SV will reject that block. ABC will reject every block that is not TXID sorted. A split is inevitable.

Makes sense.

Only solution is that a big miner attacks the minority chain with empty blocks in order to erase it but this has to be done in the beginning of the split.
