umm..? all have null results w/ the fringe shift detected <= the resolution of the experimental set up & expected (hypothesized) shift >> than measured.

Seems like he never did completely let it go. They were always getting tiny fringes and different results in different locations. http://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/1928ApJ....68..341M

ok… the fact that someone continues researching a negative result is good science but is not proof the hypothesis is true.
