txstreet is definitely broken right now. No people going into the buses and everything stuck at "Calculating...". Pretty anticlimatic.
Yes, and all us BCH people we do not run our own nodes which means that when centralized services go down we are lost.
Memo doesn't need a centralized service to operate. Just, no one has taken the time to program a standalone application that connects to nodes directly.
