Potentially. Put it this way, this is the first I heard of any chain split, but there is plenty of time to hash it all out. Have ABC stated they will be forking regardless?
ABC can not FORK! ABC is a protocol dev. team. Only miners can fork, by running code.
ABC Team suggested some changes, it is now on miners so articulate if they are willing run it.
Anyone can fork though.
