We have to make the decision every time we make a action on memo, is it worth 0.17 cents? Every comment is answering that question with a Yes.
actually Bot has totally inverted logic - bot replies every time :) and just if user who called bot will be nice and tip a little, bot can survive
It will be an example of the tragedy of the commons, or maybe the non-tragedy of the commons if it works out:) Cool to see in both cases.
