Whether it's bad or not all depends on which side of the fence you're on, doesn't it?
so a society where literally everyone can be indicted and dragged into the legal system at anytime is a healthy one? what side of the fence are you on?
You aren't thinking big enough. Put yourself in the shoes of would-be slave masters over entire continents or the entire planet. Having things set up that way would be ideal.
Ideal for what? Creating hell on earth?
Ideal for whom is the question. Who would benefit and does benefit from this situation?
