Allow commenting on URLs outside of memo. Could become the global forum for the webs. The topic could be based on the foreign URL. Post topic message 0x6d0D topicURL(variable), message(220 - topicURL)
Good idea :) Do you think this is something that could be supported by the current topic system?
I like it. URLs can be very long though. What about SHA256(url), message? URLs can contain random vars, so not exactly sure how to do, but possible. And cool, I still have chars left!!
url-and-title-and-hash can be created once & then referenced by people, when actually commenting in separate transactions
