Alot of fraud case in this wonderfull and weird world are based upon the following

1.A person(s) steal or hijack other person(S) identification
2. A person(s) create a false identification

Thats basically it....

So if you acuse persons of fraud its simple you must in law establish number 1.or number 2. during investigation or at least try beyond reasonable doubt.

If you beleieve the courts that Craig Wright isnt Satoshi...then we ask the following despite months in court where is the alleged other Satoshi ??.If there is no other Satoshi theres your answer....and should we pretend their is another satoshi somewhere else who isnt the real satoshi.....you get the idea without the ourts establishing the identity or knowing the identity of this other satoshi then they have no evidence the real satoshi wasnt standing before them....
