Except it is easy to see that Venesualia created their own problem. Chavez got the ball rolling by appropriating everything so that the government had no tax revenue.
US sabotage did this by creating lack of basic goods by forcing sanctions, creating chaos by arming terrorists & because oil price being low, again because of US wars in Middle East.
They were lucky to continue to get loans from American bankers. Then they were lucky to get loans from the Chinese. Now they are running out of luck. They ruined their own economy.
