Individuals scared to get on board with Bitcoin BCH out of fear; fear of what? Just doing nothing with fiat is a loss by indirect default because of inflation!, so why not be part of the revolution - why not indeed!.
The fear is that they see the price drop 50% in 6 weeks. This won't happen if people start using it instead of just trading it. That's the hurdle.
Yes, that will change in time. To build economic strength of BCH you need long term investors, which we have; > users will happen; we don't need short term speculators as = volatility.
...But would I be right in saying: Its only the top end of 1.0 that is the most/highest volatile; meaning the more you denominate down its 8dec places the less volatile it becomes?
