State Capitalism should really be called State Communism or State Socialism instead. It might also be called Fascism (group rights trump individual rights).

You can't call it State Communism because State owns property of business, which is what produces capital goods, so its representation of State owned Capitalism, and not Communism. The whole idea of Communism is to abolish master/servant type relationship, and this is not achieved when state owns businesses and dictates everything. Communism stems from term Commune, which means communities, the people living in some smaller area, not a state overall.
