It jumped to 65 tx/s and I was at just under 5 Mbps outbound but now it settled back to 55 tx/s.

Which rules are you following, ABC or SV?

Stuck with ABC just to watch. CSW's threats of attack make it the most interesting chain to follow in action with my node imho.
