You mean create an additional feature to the memo protocol whereby a user could provide a link to their public PGP key (on a 3rd party keyserver) and then display it on their profile?
I was thinking just about updating profile page html template. Like add one more row "Public key fingerprint", or replace one of sections on current profile page.
