Also is what Roger is doing even legal? Switching over those contracts on his whim? If i we're a customer, i would want the BTC i was supposed to earn, especially if i earned more with BTC than BCH.
Either he better have some damn good fine print, or be compensating the BTC contracts for the difference if there is any.

Where is the proof that Roger switched any contracts? Just because the pool's hashrate changed, doesn't mean peoples contracts were switched.
I saw the BTC hashrate go to zero during the fork today. Either literally everyone decided to mine BCH, or the contracts were switched on to BCH. I don't have any other explanation.
