No, not right. BCH re-enabled some stack operations that were disabled in BTC. Those operations alone do not mean 'smart contracts'.
We are currently using Bitcoin as something other than cash thought, sharing information granted but still not cash. (Other than tip).
Right, I believe being able to text over a ledger is a needed feature (Radix is implementing that as well), but i just want bch clean from all the crap on eth.
