What's behind the Migrant Caravans? https://bch.gg/fl Is it organic, or is it being fostered by Trump opponents or supporters? Please discuss in thread:
I think there are forces at work behind the scenes, but I can't tell who. It has a big potential to solidify Trump's support so if it is his opponents, then it might just backfire.
As a symbolic matter, it may be useful to handle this issue with care. Still, several European countries receive more people than this caravan each year, it is in itself a small matter
Still, you should not totally disregard the symbolic. If they get to stay, will there be another bigger one later? If it were up to me, reject them. They should have asked before going
If they're prevented from entering (seems likely) then I think it probably bolsters Trump. If they get through, then it begins the onslaught with this as the example.
Really? I would have thought the leftists would go crazy over stopping immigrants "who need our help" or something like that. Not that the right would not go crazy otherwise
They will, but they're not Trump voters anyway. It's the middle & the right that GOP wants. Despite the media polls, I think more people are unhappy w/ illegal immig than believed.
The 1# demo that stands to lose job opportunities to economic migrants in the US are blacks. That's why you don't see the mob breaking through Mexico's southern border on the news.
