Pretty high I think. Both BSV and BCH are inconvenient for Binance who aspires to be a peddler of BTC. They choose BTC because they know it cannot work, and leaves the door open for alt-coins. Binance's role in that eco-system is the casino. They'd be crazy to help BCH or BSV become successful because it will ruin their little gambling game.
