Try voting with no tips. Write your bet amount in message e.g. "1 million sats on Brazil". Then tip 1 million sats in a like.
Ok, I'll do that next time if I still get error 402. Already did bet through vote on England with comma between digits and ended up being zero. Only get one vote. Can I still tip bet?
