You think that others, and not just you, decide how much of what you make is yours, in representative democracy?
If you built a house yourself, is it no longer yours, if so voted?

Yes, law isn't decided by the individual, but by a representative that had the support of the most individuals in a given area. Restricted by judicial interpretation of a constitution.

Law? What about a house that you build yourself and live in that you are voted out of in a representative democratic session about the ownership of your house?

I would t live in a place like that, and if I choose to live in such a place I would do so knowingly. That said mobility isn't always easy for the poor.
