If I weren't on a margin trade I'd just wait it out.
The difference is if these are just traders, they will follow the trading pattern. If these are investors, there won't be a sell off. Since it's moving by itself, most likely investors
The spike is probably something like half investors, a quarter traders, and another quarter FOMO bagholders. I'll see ya in 8 hours, we'll see who's right!
