Couldn't it be argued that life is hell? Of course we like to presume innocence but the reality is more often than not one of guilt.
I feel like life is good. In my life, I found that in general, people have good intentions, though their beliefs and reasons may vary wildly. Though there are some exceptions.
Or at the whim of anybody. Imagine being falsely accused of rape, then being imprisoned until you prove your innocence (which might not be possible). How would that be justice?
