When "punk" Rock developed/started it really was an English invention
notice the emphisis upon English not British !!!! Theres a difference
Britain comprises of four different countries Northen Ireland,wales ,
scotland and England.

As anarchists we became tired of the wordage anarchism and suppose in
a way many of US became self aware hence there became a need or requirenent
to move on so to speak with the times...world wide vandals were signed up for
record management through Southern record distribution which itself
was a part of Southern studios connected to the band CRASS.

At the height of Crass popularity the UK press were the first to
quietly describe CRASS members as Vandals when in fact it was our
scene that kinda invented or started using the word vandals even before
the press labelled Crass members as such.

It was Hicky -D that came up with the idea of using the term
World Wide Vandals and he is the artist/musician that physically
created the W.W.V Logo found upon the first "batch" of UK Single(s)
that appeared in the late eighties.He did this because he was an elitist
who decided to create an inner circle to be above mere mortals. LOL
It comprised artists ,sculptureism,writers,students..bla bla bla
some of whom were converted marxists.

The world wide vandals as an inner circle never ever told anybody
on the "out" what w.w.v meant even the record manufacturers didnt have
a clue what wwv stood for- Hicky was called in for a meeting at the record
pressing plant held in a room and questioned ..stating at the time
he didnt have any idea what wwv was LOL !!When asked about it all at
anarchist meetings he stated he was tired of record labels having
names that everyone knew because he saw it as an "orderist" invention
and decided only the inner circle should know what wwv meant...Eventually
it got leaked out by some bad kittys hanging around .. August 2026
