I just looked at my "followers" list on my profile page. Most people have 0% connection (which is fine), but not a single one has a value other than 0 and 100.
Since you only follow 1 person it doesn't have much data to use. Either that person follows them or they don't (0 or 100). More info here: https://memo.cash/about#connectivity
