@VinArmani does seem to be correct on this. CSW isn't know for keeping his story straight.
Anyone who've been following the major events knows exactly what CSW/nChain said and did.
Everything he says is designed to justify centralizing the network. Since the whitepaper was released everyone has been on guard for a 51% attack
and the view has always been that mining needs to be as decentralized as possible to ensure that 51% attacks are difficult if not impossible.
