Is reliable internet going to be always so available? This might be paranoid, but fast, reliable internet is so important to me and many others. What might happen to shut down, hurt the internet?
Yes internet is the tool to observe you so it will be always available and the poor countries even make it available for free. Internet is for free but water costs money.
