Did you ever try not using any electronic device for atleast 6 months? To me that helped. I was depressed because of YouTube mostly.
That's not an option, as I use it for communication with family.
Toning it down is a great idea though.
That's why I'm on memo.
From my observations during life I say that the circumstances make people depressed. Family can be a curse even if perceived differently because of fear of the unknown.
That might sound odd to you.
I also think it's odd to specify only fb.
We are social creatures.
Aside from online right now, I'm pretty much isolated.
It's a complex situation.
