Your feed should only have users you follow. Ignoring users has been a requested feature, it is planned eventually.
A nice feature would be to NOT allow a follow.
This isn't twitter. If you don't want someone to hear what you say, don't say it.

Fair enough. Some times i push it too far.
Perhaps in the future with encryption that will be possible. Posts are plaintext on the block chain currently, can't stop people from following you.
I am aware of that. Keep in mind, some users won't fully understand how the site works when they sign up. Maybe it doesn't matter...
