I'm not sure but it might have been a tweet describing his proposal for a re-org made to CZ.

If like me, you're wondering who the heck Jeremy Rubin is, he's apparently the guy that suggested a re-org of sorts to recover Binance's stolen BTC.
Trying to get people to self-censor is the preferred BSVCor operational tactic.
It's much cheaper than having to escalate censorship in the way e.g. that Samson Mow blocked @LawMaster.
Or if I wanted to pick a really dumb, Streisand-worthy example: than the way CSW is suing people for claiming he is a liar and fraud.
Though that really falls under "chilling effects".
Chilling effects are of course intended to result in self-censorship.
