I absolutely agree 100% community and adoption, spend and replace and continuous education is the only way for Bitcoin Cash to become a peer to peer currency for the world.

The best obvious soluion seems to be using Bitcoin Unlimited so that it keeps the warring SV and ABC blockchains from splitting up the network as a hard fork.

I remember hearing someone at a pasta night event talking about how bitcoin algorithm stuff is wasting computing power and how he didn't think that was ecological or sustainable.

i'm not for or against gold: truth is there is no stopping its mining. we'll go to outer space to get it. i'm pointing out that the argument that bitcoin is anti-ecological is naive.

yes, bitcoin mining burns energy (less than fiat though). this is what makes it secure and what makes it money. those wishing for a eco-light alternative don't understand the system.
