Were they within the bounds of statistical error? has new and improved equipment and techniques been used and found anything different?

They don't do this experiment anymore. They fear it. It should be repeated in interplanetary space to put the whole thing to rest for good but they're terrified of what they may find.

Yeah I don't think that is actually accurate. From the link You posted, further tests only further shows the false premise of the idea. Same reason we moved on to the germ theory, etc

That Wikipedia bias. The final experiments done were showing about 1/3 of the shift that "should" have been observed. But if relativity is true that number should be ZERO.
