tl;dr intended design that was supposed to remain undiscovered/not associated with the goal all along, introduce "trusted 3rd parties" ie banks
and this is just another push for 3rd party trust along with "watch towers" and "watch tower towers"
and Bitcoin never needed any of this stupidity
