OP_DATASIGVERIFY is coming in November. But even then, there is always a need for an oracle to do sportsbetting on blockchain.

oracles are simple API feeds. these already exist. there are standard formats for sport data. https://iptc.org/standards/sportsml-g2/

The standards may exist, but the trust in the origin of the data does not.
