Translation: Electron Cash is developing a new function called `Cash Account`. Comparing with cashaddr, it is a good design to simplify users' identifiers.

BCH account identifier will looks like SuperHacker#123, Bob#465 and etc, better than hash strings.

And this feature can be also used in BSV.
This feature will makes BCH more easy to use for non-tech users!
