Would you acknowledge that there are plenty of ways a large supplier(let's call them whales) are able to make an exchange less than voluntary?
I see where you are going with this: there are different degrees of "voluntary." I still respectfully disagree. Better to use hard principles than try to tease out a spectrum.
It's not better if it doesn't reflect reality!
