It's not technically possible. Anyone can broadcast the "set name" protocol with a name of their choice from any OP_return capable wallet.

In the same way BCH splitting from the old chain is the natural reaction to a centralized authority censorship attempt on the blockchain - BCH is merely routing around Blockstream.
Say another way, BCH was kept on the old chain ưithout adoption for SegWit

0-conf all the way. 0-fee is something we could consider but not a must have. Let me put this way: 0-conf is a must have, 0-fee is a nice to have.
pay attention to the BCH/BTC ratio - that's more important than the FIAT price. Just two months ago we were trading at 0.09 BCH/BTC and now we're sitting at 0.14 BCH/BTC despite t bloodbath
