Memo.cash should support standard BCH transactions, such as sending to any other BCH address?

Currently it looks like you can only send BCH as a tip to another memo.cash user, rather than to any BCH user.

Even though BCH fees are so low being a fraction of a cent, I want them to be even lower. The team are working hard to reduce them even further. Will keep you updated.
