There are not specific Malaria vaccines that are only effective in Africa. There are not specific smallpox vaccines that are only effective in the U.S.
An effective vaccine is effective against its target regardless of where it was administered.
..and effective medical treatment should be seen as acceptable no matter where it was administered and no matter to where one travels.
Idk about you, but I have a hard time understanding how a clinically proven vaccine can only be counted as effective depending on in which country it was administered.
There are myriad logistical reasons for different vaccines globally however comma but..
