Moving my website to IPFS with the current domain name will simply mask the IPFS gateway link for ease of use.
After the BCH upgrade miners stopped mining txns under 1 sat/b. Some memos have been stuck in mempool. After waiting 2 days, we've decided to pull the plug and clear unconfirmed txns from our mempool.

"Pulling your own weight" just means being able to sustain yourself without resorting to violence. Plenty of people do it every day. They don't owe you resources just for existing.
This message is on-chain, immutable. It cannot be censored or reversed. 250 tx/s is now the gold standard among SHA-256 coins. Can't spam it. Can't fill the mempool. 1 sat/byte will get you in the next block!
