Do any miners accept zero fee dust consolidation transactions? They should like these transactions because it reduces the UTXO size. I don't need 0-conf. It's fine if it takes a few hours. How to get it to propagate?

1 sat/b is too expensive for mass global adoption. Fees must be reduced either now or later. Not reducing fees will prevent scaling. Let's not have another years long scaling debate. Reduce fees now.
I once bought a pizza from hungry.dk using BTC but they stopped accepting it now. I emailed them if they would accept BCH/cryptos again but no reply. Keep asking until they do.
