... Need to create the TX manually. I hope this will change soon. I miss the good old days when you could relay a 0 fee tx through the BTC network without any issue.

You don't know what pools are going to do in the future. If you target the right nodes you can even do 0 fee txs. I did this one today:

The whole network needs to accept that masterblock like a normal block ;O also the miner needs to complete the hash puzzle in order to create the masterblock in the first place.

A masterblock is like the genesis block. Starting from scratch. So there is no difference.
Let's say I join the network. I get a masterblock from miners saying I have no bch. I have to trust them I can't verify that fact. But if I have the whole blockchain I can verify

You have to trust the "current state", if I want to join the network I can't verify it's correct. But if I have the whole chain I'm 100% every balance is correct

Here are some ideas: Zero Wait, Flash Transactions, Instant Transactions, Snap-Instant, Zero Flash Payments. *shrug* Hope this will help get the brain juices flowing for others.
I like Flash. "BCH Flash accepted here." BCH Flash could be marketed as pay-and-go. A visual guide could demonstrate no tokens, no buying into LN, no separate wallets. "It just works"

Wanted to donate to letsencrypt.org. I use their free service & want it to survive. They only accept min of $10 and they say for bitcoin (only BTC) it must be $1,000. Prolly cuz of fees. Sounds like they don't get it.
