I'd like to see the price of a single memo or any acttion on Memo down to 1 sat. Is it possible? What do we need to achieve that? Better software of protocol upgrade?

Radix can. Their data structure (Tempo) is sharded so it's should be really easy to scale

Just realized that Memo is no different from BCH. It's meant to be used. The more we use it, the more it will grow. Kudos to those who built it and those who helped keep it alive.

Why will miners lower transaction costs once bch is an adopted and majority crypto? They have no reason to do that, do they? I am concerned about future transaction costs :/
Nikamoto
replied 2359d
Just saying that the value of bch displayed on this site is inaccurate due to memo (same for iota & transaction spams not done by "users" of the money)

We're flooding with memo. It's not accurate

That's decentralization I guess

If cigarette taxes are meant to discourage smoking, wouldn't income taxes discourage working?

I've heard that 1 sat/byte is actually pretty expensive. Mass usage is going to make mining way more profitable so I think we'll eventually get standard fees much lower than that.

Who can mod this machine to accept BCH? I bet Roger would pay you to start modding these in Japan for any little restaurant that wants it.

If you have btc you can just lock them. You don't want to spend them on chain anyway
Nikamoto

I'm not a btc holder. For such an holder it's free to lock just 1btc

Got some dash to sell! Anyone wanna buy?!

That's pretty cool actually, if bch have 1Gb blocks I'll will have no way to contribute to it. Btw locking just 1btc helps the network a lot !

I can't properly broswe new messages sent here coz of multiples bots flooding the "new post" section. Can you somehow fix that ?
Nikamoto

You have to trust a 100Gb block, everyone can't have a node that checks every transaction in bch, whereas in btc where block size is capped it's possible, at least ppl that want to can
