Nope, hosted on AWS. It's open source though, so it would be easy to setup mirrors.
You can run a local client. Not using IPFS though. Also lighter clients can be built.

They don't need to pick a side... Simply by splitting the community into sides, they accomplish their mission: to sow discord, uncertainty, and fear in the community

Feels like 2014 all over again. It really doesn't bother me. The technology, the value, the promise are all still intact. Still love buying things with BCH.
