Actually, I just found out there was a pending pull request on the repo that I wasn't even aware of which fixes this issue. Just merged it. Hope this helps.

@unwriter - please add an audible (option) to chainfeed.
Something brief (like a click or ?), limited to one per 60s (settable ?)

Sorry there was a problem with bitcoin node so had to redownload the entire blockchain. chainfeed is as important as bitdb, many apps already use chainfeed api, such as chainbet.
I've started running multiple bitcoin nodes and multiple chainfeed/bitdb instances to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Chainfeed not working $unwriter (July/1/2018). Please don't forget about it now with your BitDB project. Chainfeed is the real-time Maple Syrup on my Memo Pancakes.
