일단 얼핏 기술적으로 봤을때 비트코인 캐시 블럭체인에서 이걸 못할 이유가 없어 보이네요.
아카샤의 경우 스마트 컨트랙과 IPFS를 이용하고.IPFS 해시를 이더리움 블럭체인에 저장하는 방식으로 돌아가는것 같은데

And as i heard,smartcontract are available on BCH now.(i know nothing about program,so im not sure)
