just looked back and my first entry was March 18, 2021 so I guess i've already passed the 30 day test... I'm excited to see what I pick up from The Artist's Way.
I was listening to one of the Tim Ferriss podcasts with Dr. Jim Loehr (Episode
#490) and they were talking about the power of journaling so I figured I'd give it a try for 30 days or so to see if it helped me or not.
So far it's been interesting.
just bought a copy of the book to read on kindle! I experience that same overthink from time to time so this should be beneficial. Thanks!

A lot of people use Pseudonyms for their handles... how does everyone chose them? I have always struggled with picking names for like video games and stuff.

I haven't read that book yet. I'll need to add it to my "to read" list.
Have you noticed some good benefit to the practice? I'm 3 weeks into my daily 10 min timer journaling. At this point it's just pure stream of consciousness so pretty much random.
