5 more days (max) of labor contractions for a total of 24 days just to end in a c section. 🙃 The final countdown to what has been the worst pregnancy. These 9 months have felt like 3 years.
20 weeks ago I thought Hyperemesis Gravidarum (severe morning sickness) was the worst thing that could happen during this pregnancy, but I'm going on day 10 of preterm contractions (labor without dilation) with 14 days until the doctor will cut baby out.
If you havent tried melatonin, maybe try that. There isnt a lot of research on it, but preliminary studies show that it may be helpful to increase fertilization. Also once you're so far along the placenta starts to create it.
What worked for me, was cutting out all caffiene (coffee, foods, etc) and not using the phone or electronics in bed at all. Reading until I felt sleepy then sleeping. When I woke up in the middle of the night just lay there with eyes closed and a cold room
A year ago as a full-time working mom, if i wanted something quick n easy for dinner I would have ordered take out. Now, as a stay at home mom for "quick n easy" homemade buns for BLTs and hand cut oven fries while bonding with my daughter as she helped.
What I'm really asking you to do is make a list of specific goals, more in depth that "i wanna meal plan" what goals do you plan to accomplish from that? Make more specific fitness goals, "i want to run a mile in 3 months" or "i want to try a new workout
If you are wanting to change things like eating more fiber your goal could be "i will eat brown rice/whole wheat grains instead of white rice/pasta in meal preps this week" And you could have a different sets of goals, health, fitness, financial, etc but
What im saying is you need to get specific. What are you trying to accomplish with the meal planning? For example what are you trying to accomplish from meal planning, be more organized? Your goal could be "spend atleast 1 hour on sunday meal planning" but
Dear men, Please be thankful that you have never nor will you ever have to take a shit while someone kicks you from the inside. Sincerely, Pregnancy is the worst
Maybe its time to set some new goals? I feel like you cut the bad and added exercise like you wanted, so new goals following the smart method. (Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time-based) You have mentioned meal planning so ser a goal for it?
Ive noticed when you're getting between 6.5-7 hours of sleep you note you feel good, if its less you note tired. Maybe try to aim for 7 and if you get 6.5 you'll still feel good?
